Forward Deployed Engineer - Internship
Join our founding team as an intern bridging the gap between our core AI-native platform and our customers. You'll work closely with users to understand their unique workflows, deploy and integrate our solutions into their environments, and rapidly build custom capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer-facing engineering, shaping how our product is adopted in the real world.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with early customers to understand their workflows and deploy our AI-native platform into their environments.
- Build custom integrations, scripts, and connectors to ensure our solutions work seamlessly with existing customer infrastructure.
- Serve as a technical bridge, gathering real-world feedback from deployments to inform the core engineering team's product roadmap.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment and onboarding phases.
- Participate in shaping our initial customer success and deployment playbooks alongside the founding team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in coding with Python, TypeScript, or Go, and a knack for rapidly learning new tools.
- Experience with APIs, cloud services, or system integrations is a strong plus.
- A strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and delivering value to users.
- A genuine interest in AI systems and understanding the balance between LLMs and deterministic software.
- Eagerness to take ownership of projects, adapt to changing requirements, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Excitement to work on-site in Goa with a small, high-talent, high-agency team.
